Shipping & Safety:

Ask for your records to be shipped outside the jacket, if you want to prevent seam splits, bumps and small corner bends. We will not accept the following as a damaged goods, if you did not write us and e-mail to ship the vinyl outside the jacket.

Order of new releases:

You can always view the estimated shipping dates on the productpage or this page "Shipping updates". All updates will go through there, so there's no need to contact us about when orders are shipping.

 

Combining of several orders & excess shipping cost:

Please note: combined shipping and any related refunds are handled manually and offered as a goodwill service. While we do our best to combine orders and refund excess shipping where possible, this cannot be guaranteed due to changing shipping costs, production schedules, and logistical constraints—particularly when placing multiple pre-orders separately.

As of October 1st, if  you order more releases which can be combined, you will receive a voucher for the webshop from any excess shipping costs left over from the combinement, this will happen automatically and will be given to your account / e-mail you used for your last purchase - If your orders can be combined, you will be given for any excess shipping costs. There's no need to contact us about it. We usually process these refunds within one week before the estimated shipping date, when we begin creating shipping labels.
